Molly's 3rd specializes in creating dishes with fresh, quality ingredients. Born in Mafikeng, Chef Tefo Mokgoro started his professional culinary journey at Toadburry Hall while simultaneously acquiring experience at various restaurants in Johanesburg and working in mass catering.
Inspired by his travels in parts of Hong Kong, Vietnam, France & Spain. His work can be described as a modern fusion of Asian, African and French.

HOW DOES IT ALL TO WORK?
You contact us via email or phone. We get all the neccesary detail. We create a menu to suit your needs and dietary requirements. Once the menu has been confirmed, a 75% deposit is required to secure your booking. When all your guests arrive dinner is served. When the meal is done we pack up, clean and leave you with a clean kitchen and satisfied guests.
DO YOU DO WINE PAIRINGS ?
Wine pairings are an optional extra that can be added to the menu at an additional fee. When the wine pairing is chosen, we pair the wine to your menu.
DO YOU SUPPLY ALL THE PLATES AND CUTLERY?
The chef will use your plates and cutlery so please make sure there are sufficient plates and cutlery for all your guests.
However we can supply plates , glasses and cutlery at an additional cost.
MY KITCHEN IS TOO SMALL, CAN I STILL BOOK ?
We will need a sufficiently equipped kitchen large enough to cater for the number of guests in your party.
However the chef can, to a degree, adjust to the kitchen space they have to work with. If you do have a concern then let us know and the chef can do extra prep offsite to ensure things run smoothly.
WHO CLEANS UP ?
Before the end of the service your chef will do a full clean down of the kitchen and any equipment he/she has used. This will include stacking the dishwasher and washing up any dirty plates you have finished with.
