Molly's 3rd specializes in creating dishes with fresh, quality ingredients. Founded by Chef Tefo Mokgoro, who started his professional culinary journey at Toadburry Hall while simultaneously acquiring experience at various restaurants in Johannesburg and working in mass catering.

Inspired by his  travels in parts of Hong Kong, Vietnam, France & Spain. His work can be described as a modern fusion of Asian, African and French.
